Please do not send your family member here. This is the absolute worst facility I have ever worked in. The residents lay in bed all day only getting up for food that doesn't taste good. They are mistreated and nobody knows the care plan. Before survey comes they make sure everything is up to par, which takes a while because nothing ever is. While I worked there a residents room had an ant infestation and there were always spiders in the halls. The floors are never clean and the kitchen is constantly over worked. The nurses are not willing to help or evaluate a resident in need. The CNAs are constantly overworked and understaffed and not appreciated. Residents and their family members always expressed concern to me about the mistreatment they recieved. I would never pay that much to send a loved one to a facility where they are treated poorly. Nobody deserves that treatment.
