I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.they loaded me up on anti depressiants, the socail worker sheila sullivan caused alot of problems w my family tore us apart, sent emails to my daughter bad mouthing my family members i left there 6 yrs ago i am doing very well have power chair, down to 2 meds aday speaking clearly, i was neglected there and feel you are letting elderly fail so you get money once i left there i improved 100 percent i hope the state closes you down i am able to live at home your social worker should take an anger management course and stop lying, i have written proof she is a mean 2 faced non professional liar she should be fired i will take actio against your facility is not

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
