I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.they loaded me up on anti depressiants, the socail worker sheila sullivan caused alot of problems w my family tore us apart, sent emails to my daughter bad mouthing my family members i left there 6 yrs ago i am doing very well have power chair, down to 2 meds aday speaking clearly, i was neglected there and feel you are letting elderly fail so you get money once i left there i improved 100 percent i hope the state closes you down i am able to live at home your social worker should take an anger management course and stop lying, i have written proof she is a mean 2 faced non professional liar she should be fired i will take actio against your facility is not

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
