I don't feel like they were on top of my mom's care at all. They never met with us or told what was going unless we begged them to. Even then it seemed no one was on the same page. Their staff was not friendly at all, and mom didn't feel welcome there. I don't feel mom's needs were met at all. I never experienced any extra effort. We took mom to another rehab center and the experience was very different. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
