ST FRANCIS nearly killed my Mother In Law, they starved her, she lost 65 lbs, they gave her other patients medications, they stole her clothing and bedspreads, they left her unchanged and alone all day long, we came to visit and saw a huge lump on her head with abrasions and black eyes with no explanation except no one saw her because there was a shift change, very unclean. The staff were unresponsive, call buttons were not answered and I saw them yell at residents for falling, deplorable, do not leave your loved one here.
