A very dear friend of mine was in that facility for 43 days. No one informed her when the insurance ran out. She is an older lady with no family. She went into that facility as a size 16 and came out a size 6. She actually wanted to leave on different occasions and was told she couldn't until she could use her walker. At her age she believed the horrible people there. Now she is stuck with a bill that she will never be able to pay.

Very Disappointed with this facility if it hadn't been for myself and other family members I know my Mother wouldn't have received any care. We were constantly tracking down nurses and we were telling them what she needed instead of them telling us how she is doing. Of the three days I was there only once did a nurse come in to see if she needed anything:(
I had stepped outside for a moment and upon my return my mothers oxygen was disconnected I had to run for help they all (The Staff) went into a state of panic. My mother got here on Friday for what we thought was a short stay to return to her home she passed away early Tuesday morning...Had she received the care we were told she would be getting I don't think this would have been the out come. Think twice before taking your loved one here. The staff was terrible had no compassion for the patients no one seemed to care:(
