I had bi-lateral total knee replacement. I was sent there after 3 days in the hospital and received very poor and neglectful service and care there. I did not receive my pain medicines when I was supposed to. I was handled roughly when helped to the bathroom. I didn't get my in bed exercises properly. I was supposed to have physical therapy each day and only got it three days out of my 10 day stay there. My husband took me out because of the lack of attention and the poor treatment I had there. It was more of a nursing home (and not a good one at that) than a rehabilitation center. My roommate was unable to do anything for herself. They would bring her food and leave it there beside her. She was unable to feed herself. She couldn't raise her head off the pillow and if she did try to reach for a spoon or fork, more food went on her than in her mouth. God love her. She was a permanent patient there. I am surprised they are still in business. This was in 2008 so maybe there is other management now but when I was there it was horrible!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
my mother in law was here for 3 months. the entire staff is warm, welcoming, helpful. she did great here!! the facility is clean, food is good. the patients are out of their rooms and dressed and engaged. Daily i see patients outside, with family, on their own, or with the Physical Therapists! i see that as a very very good thing! Thank you, Regency.
