It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. my mom was a patient their and someone stole her roommates wallet..
