Pleasant view sucks. They treat their employees like crap. I worked for them for two days and I would never let a dog stay there

Their prices were very high, but cheap for a nursing home and you will get what you pay for. Four patients to a room. Run down furniture. Cold in winter. Hot in summer. My parent never was taken outside. I saw a patient restrained in a chair. My parent was also restrained in a 'merry walker'. Unshaved. Unbathed. The food was like tv dinners warmed in a microwave. Horrible place. My parent escaped the facility twice. I did not put my parent there. It was an older sibling. Please do not put your loved one in Pleasant View. It will be like you are committing them, not placing them in a good care home. Alzheimers patients were not given a separate area. Everyone lumped together. Horrible. The state of Maryland should shut it down. I'm appalled at such a place is in operation. Dog kennels have better oversight.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
