This nursing home use to be a nice place but all the good staff have left. Now the only good thing I can say about it is that the kitchen staff make really nice home cooked meals. The head nurse that was there in in early 2010 really cared about the residents and often gave family members her personal cell phone number. The new nursing staff are either incompetent or just don't care. It is a shame this really was a nice place for my mother.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
