My grandfather was placed here for rehabilitation and from the moment I walked in the building I was displeased. This place is a joke. When the nurse doesnt even know what imodium is dont you think thats a problem. The enviroment is dirty. The do not have anyway of commnicating with your loved ones. Food looks as if it was regurtuatated. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They also took things that I needed or were of personal importance.
