They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
