My mother had a mysterious black eye and bruises on the side of her face and a broken wrist, she died 3 days later. They said my mom got out of bed and fell but she was wheelchair bound. State informed. Their staff was supposed to be helping me, but instead constantly thwarting my efforts for information. I felt very ignored. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their facility was clean enough, nothing special though. There is no way I ever would have gone to this place if I had known how horrible it was going to be. I'm definitely not going to be recommending it to any of my friends or family.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
