My aunt was held here and experienced severe abuse and neglect because of the staff here. She was a patient with dementia, and they would place her in a corner and forget about her. They never fed her and when we last saw her she had the appearance of someone suffering from severe anorexia. I'm fairly certain that the other reviews here are false, probably made up BY the people who run the place. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and I wouldn't trust them with anything. My aunt was found on the floor unconscious and not breathing, but who knows how long she was laying there. She was in the ICU for a week with pneumonia along with several other maladies, she had to have a ventilator to keep herself going. She died just a week ago. Please PLEASE don't listen to these shining responses, they don't sound anything like the actual nursing home. Don't put your loved ones here unless you want them dead from neglect and abuse.
I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
