It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The nursing staff are not willing to help their residents with personal needs. The social worker is a complete knucklehead and not helpful at all. If you care for your love one take them somewhere else. I have never heard of a nursing home kicking out a disable person a resident who had did nothing wrong in zero degree weather with only a one hour notice to the family.... until I went to these people for help.....
