These reviews are a load of crap. Every time I visit this place, I find my mother with alzheimer's laying in a dirty diaper with feces all over her hands and arms. It does not matter what day of the week or time of day I visit. I have to soak and clean her hands myself and cut her nails, comb or brush her hair and clean her dentures, eye glasses and such. There is never anything for her to drink with in reach, if there is a cup it is located three feet behind her so she can not reach it and there is no ice. If you ask the caretakers to come and clean her up so you can visit without throwing up from the stench, you get an attitude or they say "I'll be right back" and they never come back. She can no longer eat on her own and tries to use her hands (with feces on them) or eye glasses as utensils. I have actually vomited there due to the smell. Her room mate has so much stuff that she has taken over half of my mom's side of the room and her tv is so loud that it is extremely hard to be able to visit because you can't hear. So if you need a place for your parent or loved one, do not chose this one if you care about them at all! I am shocked every time I go and usually leave crying.
