It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
