Anything that could go wrong here probably did. It was a nightmare from start to finish. They were using a lot of "temp"nurses just hired for one night or two, nobody ever knew what was going on and there is apparently nobody who takes the time to teach them. The doctor ordered medicine and a week later my mom wasn't getting it. I asked the nurse. "Let me check the orders...oh yes, she was supposed to start that medicine 3 days ago, I'll get right on it". Then there was the 45 minute wait for the call button and finally somebody came to her room "Oh sorry I was at lunch". Excuse me????? They have been cited over and over again, worthless.

Facility appears clean and tidy but rooms are a different story. The staff here is not well trained and they are overworked. It is not uncommon to wait over a half hour for an answer to a nurse call bell. Nobody on staff was trained to operate my mother's feeding apparatus nor could they seem to learn how. . However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Their equipment was just average, patient must remind them to refill oxygen tank etc, which the staff considered unimportant. I obviously felt differently and think that oxygen is pretty important.
