At Lakeview Manor we offer both Long-Term and Short-Term care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Private insurance, don’t have insurance? We also accept private pay. Our beautifully landscaped secured courtyards, and offer a variety of daily scheduled activities. We work hard to create an atmosphere where healing and wholeness take place and where the happiness and comfort of our residents is our primary concern. We also believe that specialized care is not only for the body and mind, but also for the spirit of our residents. Our facility features a loving, caring staff and many special amenities and activities to make this mission a reality.

Affiliations Open Door Baptist Church provides Sunday Service to our residents here in our Chapel. There is also Holy Communion provided on Wednesday.
Office Staff Our staff of 150 all have CPR and First Aid Training. All of our staff undergo an extensive background evaluation as well as drug screenings.
Our staff menbers are caring and compassionate and love what they do, and it shows it the superior quaility of care provided here at Lakeview Manor Nursing Center.

Services We offer 24 hour Skilled Nursing Care, Adult Daycare, Hospice Care, and Respite Care. Shared and private accommodations are available, as well as On-Site Respiratory Therapy. Our Dietary Department creates nutritious, delicious meals, and therapeutic diets. We have a Beauty Shop On-Site, Social Services and Laundry Services. Our activities department is here seven days a week offering fun for all types of residents. We offer a secure facility and have the WanderGuard system, Additional Services Rehabilitation, Respite, Respiratory, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy

this place is scamming my mother for over $15,000. they are blaming it on a former nursing home that she lost her medicaid and allowed her to rack up this bill when they had plenty of time to help her re apply.i was told by the bussiness manger they hadnt made it a priority since they thought she would never be leaving.i want to bring her home to care for her i am her POA.the doctor who works for them my moms doctor william larusso refuses to release her. i believe its because she owes them money and keeping her just helps the nursing continue to take all of her check but 52 dollars.i asked about a second opinion they said i couldnt do that. the place is very old and depressing she hates it there and they treat her like crap.the doctors excuse is because of her level of care he wont release her.i will be reporting them tomorrow to medicaid. and if that dosnt work channel 6 is next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff are rude and most of the time they dont even answer the phone.since they will know who wrote this review it could punish her and treat her even worse and with hold her meds, and her showers like they have done before but i have to do something.

I was told that this had been remodeled and was beautiful! NOT!!... at least not where they put my dad. It has not been changed since about1950! ... there was carpet in the tiny double rooms, old, worn, dirty. It was simply awful. We took him right back out!
