I tried calling and they told me they didn't know what i was talking about! They said I was crazy. They said its for some kind of teenagers now! what kind of nursing home is for teenagers and college students? Most certainly not one I want to spend my time at. They will probably be listening to those Backstreet Boys or that Miley Cypress. Certainly will not be living here.

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The ones who were there were scary as balls. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.
