I think this place should be reported to the State Nursing Board, The lack of nursing care( instead of care, they treated the patients as though they were prisoners in one of those bad prison movies fromthe '80's....There was this 90 yr. old female patient, who almost every morning around 2 a.m., would ask for a nurse to help her because she had to "go to the bathroom" . This would go on for more than an hour, and sometimes when help did come, she was told," I ain't your nurse!"

Oftentimes patients (including myself) were scolded by the nurses for " ...interrupting my break!" There were times when I had to go to the bathroom myself ( this was a little before 530 a.m.), I didn't get any help til after 8.. and sometimes after 9 !

God, I hope that someone shuts tis place down and condemns it. Plus, all of this is not to mention that most of the staff are not U.S. citizens. What a place! I was there from Nov.17th of 2016 til Jan. 6th of this year. I'd give this place NO star ( but since you people forced me to give at LEAST one star, I have no choice), because that's what places like this deserve. PLEASE shut it down!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
