I am giving this place 1 star because I can't give anything lower!!! Avoid the place at all cost! My mother had dementia and was there for less than 3 months before she passed away. They put her in a "lock down" unit with crazy people because they didn't have another room at that time. It always smelled like urine and if I hadn't gone there every day & asked someone to get her up I think they would have left her in bed all the time. They woulkd change her depands and put them in the trash can in her room. I had to wrap up the garbage and take it out of the room!!! A year and a half later I am still receiving bills for charges that I do not owe for. It was and is still a nightmare dealing with this place. Don't do t his to your loved one. Find somewhere else.
They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that w ere very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
