From our initial meeting to admit our family member, the staff have been helpful, professional, personable and attentive. They made sure upon our arrival that our family member was comfortable and accomodated. They were then and continue to be focused on patient and family care. They make sure that all of our questions are answered and our concerns are addressed.
We are always acknowledged by all levels of staff, from support staff to Administrative staff, when visiting. They make us feel very welcomed.
