Their staff was rude and unprofessional. I didn't feel welcome there. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. The staff is very defensive and gets an attitude when questions are asked. I was very frustrated. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. They seemed uninterested about our concerns. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this patient or any others that I saw. The treatment our family member received left me feeling angry and depressed. This facility provided little actual care for the patient. My loved one spent 6 days there without ever even seeing a doctor, even though medical issues needed to be addressed. No help from staff-just bad attitude and rudeness.
