heartland nursing home in chilicothe ohio is cigarette smoker friendly for staff and residents . but my wife is an ex smoker she uses avapor pen no nicotene . but they took it from her said they did not allow vaping . is this not discrimination or did she just make someone mad. Igive it 0 stars. sincerely Danny Arnold
