I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. My husband has gotten the best care and therpy we have been at Doctors Lake Drive horrible and we were at Life Care hands down Heartland has been the best place, I can leave my husband without fear for the first time, Food is good and bedside care is prompt and very caring, CNA's are wonderful and Nurses on each shift are perfect very qualified,Office personal are freindly and very helpful, I cant say enough about everyone
