This place had HORRIBLE care. The social worker Lorna and the aid Natalie were the only people that did their job there. The PTs forced and were rough with my loved one and told her she was not nice (she has dementia the PTs need to have some compassion and patience)
They left her sit in her wheelchair and or bed all day.
Upon leaving to go home had a doctor appointment the next day and on my loved one found wound ulcers that were almost black...
Why did the nurses a Heartland see this???????

This facility is horrible. They cannot or will not follow doctor's orders, claim that they have no one on staff who can draw blood, and only have one doc to cover the entire facility. Staff is lazy, does not listen to patients, and works at their own, snail-like, pace.
