The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Marilyn Yeager is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. THIS CARE CENTER HAS SO MANY VIOLATIONS OF THE HIPAA AND RED FLAGS RULES. MARILYN YEAGER CONTINUALLY GOSSIPS ABOUT OTHER STAFF MEMBERS AND IS VERY LAX IN PROTECTING PATIENT PRIVACY! This center is identity theft waiting to happen. Old records are kept out in a barn on the property, it is moldy, full of bugs and spiders. Med records are left unattended as staff is never protective of patient medications and records. This place should be FINED AND SHUT DOWN and Marilyn Yeager need to be FIRED! Her negative attitude and lack of professionalism is amazing! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES!
