They made sure every single question I had was answered. They also went to the trouble of putting my name on a waiting list for a sister nursing home. If I think of any more questions I want answered, they would be available to me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met but was unable to get a bed as I had wished.
