Do NOT put your loved one in this facility, they are very rude and unprofessional. They make a lot of mistakes and then try to cover themselves later. For instance if they know you are coming they wi ll clean up the patient but if you don't come they pretty much leave them unattended. All they care about is the money. DONT GO!!!
MY MOTHER WAS A PATIENT THERE FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS BEFORE I TRANSFERRED HER TO ANOTHER FACILITY THAT SUITED ME BETTER ON MANY LEVELS INCLUDING THE CLEANILESS OF THE PLACE AS WELL AS HAVING A SPECIALITY D EPT THAT SERVED MY MOM'S ILLNESS. GREATER HARLEM HAD A MIXED FEELING OF STAFF WHO WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND SOME WERE RUDE. MY EXPERIENCE OVERALL WITH THE STAFF WAS GOOD AND WHEN MY MOM ROOM WAS FILLED WITH TRASH AND HER SHEETS WERE SOILED, I NOTIFED THE CNA AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY.. THE PLACE LOOKS DATED AND IT GREAT NEED OF MANY UPDATES, IE. PAINT JOB AND IT SMELLED ON THE FLOORS WITH THE RESIDENTS. ULTIMATELY, I'M TAKING MY MOTHER TO A MUCH NICER, CLEANER PLACE THAT OFFERS HER MANY AMENTITES AND REHAB.
