I have been a patient in this facility 7 times. I would never have returned so often if II wasn’t happy with everything there. The place is immaculate, the people running the place always have time to chat with you, the rooms are comfortable, the dining room is lovely and the meals well prepared with excellent off menu selections available. The dining room is also run by Margaret, the concierge. She runs it as though she was welcoming guests into her own home. When I was there they offered a 3:00 pm coffee hour in the lobby hosted by Margaret. She served coffee and baked cookies every Monday-Friday. She is the liveliest, kindest, most efficient woman. Physical therapy and occupational therapy were amazing, run by people who actually made it fun to do as they asked. I lived at least 1 hour by car from this facility but it was well worth the trip.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
