They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
