If I could give Cypress Gardens 0 starts, I WOULD. If I said this facility's nursing staff was apathetic -- that would be a compliment. The place needs a terminal cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. It's significant that walk-throughs are not performed on at least a monthly basis. I think all the staff there have become very comfortable in their apathy and won't be changing that any time soon. The patients can be seen a block away from the facility in their wheelchairs and the nursing staff doesn't even miss them. Their nurse call button is a joke unless you cause a stink about them answering it. I was told that they were to answer it in 7 minutes, well that DOES NOT happen. If you CARE about your loved one, DON'T send them here. I don't need to leave my email address because everyone one there knows that what I say is TRUE.
