I stayed in Crista for around 10 days after I had a knee replacement. They treated me very well and I would recommend it to any one. My sister is in one now but we tried for Crista, however they were full. I felt the food was good and the staff was excellent. No complaints here

Appears to not be a rehabilitation center for people younger for sure. In some type of conversion.. would not recommend for rehab only. Rooms not in good working order.. Visited friend.. constant problems, when I was there, nothing was working in the room. Lights/buttons/etc. If a call button doesnt work, how does anyone know if you are laying on the floor? They need someone to oversee everything is working properly in a room before someone even moves in. (a new chef/or menu and the menu being more descriptive) I personally would not stay here, if I needed only rehab. I was in many nursing homes with my father before he died. Could be dangerous for older people, as they are in less control of their faculties and awareness. The area on the outside is lovely and serene, grounds kept outside very well. The people are friendly and helpful. Again, need better management and manitenance checks. And I recommended this place, as our neighbor had stayed here and liked it very much, but then again, she was very ill and not aware. This is only to help the facility fix what needs to be fixed and to have the tours explain truthfully, that this is more of a long care, and they are transitioning into more rehab. The ocupational and physical therapists are good. Christa.. hope you get your act together. You have a lovely place, make it work efficiently and safely.
