Very disappointed in the care we received for our loved one. Not only ignored his calls for help, didn't properly meet his needs for daily cleansing, never refreshed his water pitcher, and the list goes on. Seemed like they didn't know how to care for patients or maybe didn't care, just a job to them. We were given the excuse they are under staffed and couldn't provide constant care for everyone. Then why are they taking new patients?
This "care facility" needs to be supervised more, I would not recommend this place until their quality of care greatly improves.

the last place in the world I would want to be, they let my grandfather fall twice, they ignore the room monitors when they get buzzed( they said all the old people like to go to bed at the same time so they can't keep up with it and just let it buzz) He went in after surgery and was supposed to be monitored closely and got the exact opposite. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this dump, I would have rated at -1 stars but didn't give me the option.
