Nurses doesnt take care of patients. Mother had repeated infected. They let my mother stay in soiled clothes while having an infection. Mother cries from pain. Rooms are dirty. Does not turn patient, leaves her in one spot. Does not take care of patient like they should.Nursing home should have pop up visits from the State of Alabama. They are not there to take care of patients but to receive a paycheck.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

My MIL is a heart patient and is there for an injury to her back. She calls repeatedly for bathroom assistance and it takes several calls and more than an hour at times, she has had accidents because of this and could fall trying to do it herself.

For supper tonight she had a corn dog cut into four pieces, french fries and whole kernnel corn...... remember she is a HEART PATIENT!!!!!

The whirlpool bath has not worked since she has been there over 2 weeks! She had to ask just to get a partial bath, this is daily personal hygien and they have to ask to get it!!

On top of all this she is scared to say anything for fear of angering them. This is the type of stuff medicare pays for.... I suggest you look into this!!

This place needs to be closed down and we are looking for a better place to put her now.
