The employees are not skilled, trained or certified. There are a handful of nurses that generally stay at their nurses station... the people takeing care of the residents are again, non skilled, non trained and non certified people hired off the street and probably paid very low wages... worse than their wages the majority of these people do not have the ability to care, they shut doors on patients, they ignore patients reaquests and when asked questions they tell residents to shut up and smart off in their replys to friends and family members. If it were my relitive int his place I would bring her / him home!
