this place needs a lot of work. they are understaffed to say the least. my father has been a resident for over 4 years in the alziemers/dementia unit.there has been times when I took my mother in to s ee him and I had to leave her sit outside his room because he had pooped his pants and the smell was overwhelming.i visit several times a week and most often he has no water to drink.somettimes the ice machine is not working and he has to drink warm tap water.i wish we could afford to move him somewhere else.they recently had an ice cream social to introduce the new board of directors and the company that is going to run the place but they ignored the residents down <url removed> YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the st friendly . They are professional, and make th e whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My Dad has been a resident there for over a year and I feel he has received very good care and the nurses really do care about his well being.
