I give this place 0 stars for the medical care they provide. The medical staff consists of 1 nurse on duty at any given time, and in the entire Tim my mother spent here, I never saw a doctor, although my sister said there was one. She said he was horrible and nasty. They ignores my mother's medical issues and allowed a situation which actually required much more Medical attention to be ignored. The nurses were cold and callous, not only to my mother but to us, her family. And as to the administeative personnel, they were atrocious and extremely rude & nasty. The only positive I can give is for the aides, who do the best they can, considering the atmosphere they work in. This place should be closed down. By the way, less than 24 hours after my mother was sent home, a visiting nurse from Winthrop Hospital, examining my mom, saw the sores & immediately told my sister that she had to go to the hospital. Close this place down today.
