They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

my brother was there for 7 days.the records were not current.they had his records for feb.of 2010 when he was there for a mth..which in feb. he could talk and use his hands..this time.nov.2010.he could not talk or use his hands an was on hospic.after 2 days of being there, his lips were dry an cracked from having nothing to drink,or probably nothing else.wrong contact numbers.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE DOGS..HE DIED ON THE 7TH DAY.in which they did transport him to the hospital after he did not respond an was gone.but the fact is he was a hospic patient an never should have been moved.thats how they keep their records.Im glad he did go to the hospital, they did try to save him but, they werent suppose to but they didnt know that.I REALLY SHOWED OUT ON THE SECOND DAY WHEN I REALIZED THEY DIDNT CARE AND DIDNT UPDATE HIS RECORDS TO HIS CONDITION.theywere suppose to handle it by monday morning.he died on thursday..this should not go on .the papers were filled out on a thursday, the day before he arrived..this should not have happened.it took 4 days to make them realise what was going on with him.we think he died of a bloodclot, but i can better his last days were not good being thirst.do not take your loved ones there .keep them at home if possible.thats where he was going to be till my mom hurt her knee and could not give him 24 hour care due to the fact she has to have knee surgery.
