My husband is at this place for therapy. I have walked in several times, now to find him lying in bed, not covered, an no pants on, in an adult diaper for everyone to see as they walk past his room And he smells from not being changed regularly. I addressed this problem at a meeting, but it did not do any good. Plus several other issues.
