I have a hard time getting any of the staff's attention and when I do they don't try to be helpful. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight the bill. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is.
by Hello
don't go here! My loved one's health went downhill quickly within 4 horrendous months. The facility my loved one is in now is great. Thank God he's still alive after all the severe pressure sores with infections, skin tears, and extremely poor physician care. The administrators are even worse than the physicians. Maybe they could hire a few more nurses and get rid of some administrators.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
