One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

I interviewed and toured facility as part of selecting sub-acute care for an aging parent. Staff was professional, informed, answered all questions, gave tour of all areas, completely explained care services. I arrived unannounced so I could see a typical mid-morning week day. We selected this center. We toured several in Charlotte and Concord.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, they could have used some continuing education

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
