I visited this care ceter and I was extremely disappointed. The entrance was a welcoming area. The rest of the ENTIRE building was outdated. Resident rooms were very small with all sort of junk furniture..Beds were not electric. The dinning room for the residents was dark and did not have a happy outlook. The staff were not helpfull and they did not smile at all. I seen staff on their cell phones or had a blue tooth connected to their ear. The first floor activity room was very pleasant. The second floor activity room was lined up with residents in w/c or geri chairs and those chairs were outdated or needed repair. No activity was going on. They had an appealing beauty palor in the basement. I was there when they served lunch. Staff DID NOT intermingle with residents..Staff only intermingled WITH THEM SELVES. I thought that the staff should be there for the residents, but this was not their FIRST PRIORITY. Also I seen staff and resident smoking at the front entrance. There is not any No Smoking Zone. Shame on You!....I would not want my relative to live at this facility..I want my aunt to be happy not miserable. This facility needs to upgrade everything to benifit the residents not their wallet! I looked else where, were I was satisfied and my aunt is very happy without any complaints...

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
