Things must have changed since my mother was there 5 years ago, because at that time staff was responsive and professional. Food not the greatest. Mom is going back now, and I will be checking things closely to update this review.
The staff is condescending, rude, and just plain hard to work with! CENAs need customer service training! Jill Director of Staff likes to play the blame game, when really she's responsible for their attitude! In other words I feel like I came here for me, but really I guess I'm here to be an advocate for those who can't advocate for themselves!
