My mother spent the last months of her life at BHS.
They have what's called a quality of care conference where you meet with nurses and social workers to voice your concerns. In my case, these concerns were blatantly ignored and caused
my mother to have a major set-back. The doctor complained, her physician complained, I complained but nothing was ever done. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or cause, but a couple months after my mothers medications were withheld, against our wishes, she went into a coma and died.

The head of nursing was no longer there, the third floor head nurse was no longer there. I'm not sure if that is coincidence or cause either.

The folks in the business office were great. The admissions supervisor was not; he made many mistakes. There were a few wonderful nurses and LPN's and CNA's that were absolutely wonderful.

All toll, the folks in charge make mistakes and the folks making the least amount of money are the ones that seem to have to clean up the mess.

I WOULD NOT recommend this facility.
