They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
