The only way I could leave a review is by writing that I'd been to this provider before. I haven't. But I did just try to call them so I could visit them to find a new place for my relative. I was concerned when the phone rang and rang until finally a voice menu came on. I dialed the extension for the administrator and was met with voice mail. I couldn't leave a message because the administrator's mailbox was full. My relative is currently in an awful place but at least I can reach a real person in 10 seconds when I need to. So my rating stars have nothing to do with the facility itself, only my attempt to get ahold of them so I could go see it.
