My mom was a patient here. We moved her as they fired all the excellent staff. We loved the facility, but the nursing administration under Julie H. Is APPALLING. This facility also gave my mom's private info to friends. She should have had her HIIPPA right s protected.
Clean, good food, horrible administration. We love LSS, but not this administration.
