While I was there, they weren't able to answer any of my questions. It made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. Their staff is always answering their cell phones when they're supposed to be helping patients. It's so rude and unprofessional. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was in shock when I saw how much foul language they used in front of their patients. I couldn't believe they could get away with being that unprofessional. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made mennnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nervous, and I didn't go back. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
