The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.
